Clients who choose this option use our website and services at their own risk.
Assisted Selection:
Clients can choose to let us select developers for them. In this case, we take care of everything, from evaluating and selecting developers to monitoring and supervising their performance and delivery of services. Clients who choose this option can rely on our expertise and experience in PHP web development.
Regardless of the option chosen, we do not guarantee that the developers will meet the clients’ expectations or requirements. We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, timeliness, or legality of the services provided by the developers. Clients are encouraged to communicate their needs and feedback to the developers and us. Our goal is to facilitate successful PHP web development projects and satisfied clients.
Payment:
You agree to pay the fees for the services that you order or receive through our website. You are responsible for all taxes, charges, and fees associated with your transactions. We use a third-party payment processor to facilitate your payments. You agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the payment processor. We are not liable for any errors, delays, or failures in the payment process. We do not store or access your payment information.
Cancellation and Refunds:

Clients are encouraged to thoroughly test the demo before proceeding with payment and delivery.
Given this process, we do not offer cancellations or refunds once the project has been confirmed and initiated. By confirming their requirements and approving the demo, clients agree to proceed with the project and accept the services provided by the developer. We encourage clients to communicate any concerns or issues they may have during the demo testing phase. Our goal is to facilitate successful PHP web development projects and satisfied clients.
Intellectual Property:
You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the content that you create, upload, post, or share on or through our website, such as your profile, portfolio, reviews, ratings, feedback, and messages.
